I have worked with Benita for 4 years now and she has been a consistent pillar of my recovery and support system the entire time. She took the time and attention to learn about my history, helped me identify my personal values, and helps me live them every day. Through being honest with her, she has played a huge role in my recovery from mental health and addiction. I trust her whole heartedly, and can not recommend her highly enough.
Benita is an amazing counselor! She offers so much wisdom for the situations I am going through, and interacts with so much kindness! Talking through many issues with Benita always makes me feel better and more at peace, she has so much great advice to offer!!
