Stacy always knows just how to figure out where the source of the issue whether it’s through stretching, massage or other muscle Body work. Stacey to work out the discomfort and give you actionable daily stretch routines to maintain flexibility or avoid daily discomfort. This often includes instructing what stretches and suggestions that prevent any reoccurrence. She is the absolute best and has infinite knowledge on fixing muscles joints and aches.
