The shop atmosphere is calm, nice, and clean. The braiders are very nice, and from looking at the others in the shop, the do good on small and micro braids. However, I was very disappointed with quality braids I receive from this shop today. Went in for large knotless (35 - 40 braids) and they gave me jumbo 25 braids. Half way through the service I reminded her I wanted large not jumbo because I could tell she wasn’t doing the correct size. She said I was receiving large, and even went through photos to show me. I have gone to them for a couple years, my last appointment I was so disappointed. I always request a specific person because she doesn't braid tight (and I have very sensitive scalp and I bump up very badly). I requested my person and she started on my hair, I noticed there was another person in the room, she thing begins braiding as well. I was so annoyed because people must understand when you do this, these people's style and technique is different, also she braided too tight. I went to this braiding shop and I booked an appointment when I got there they didn't know what style I booked for Not only that I did not get the style I asked for the base of my head was right but the braids was wrong Left too many edges out One of my braids have came out in the front of my head I have a bald spot on the right side of my head I would never go back to this shop again also to mention I I have only had my hair braided 2 weeks first week the braid came out
