I have gone to them for a couple years, my last appointment I was so disappointed. I always request a specific person because she doesn't braid tight (and I have very sensitive scalp and I bump up very badly). I requested my person and she started on my hair, I noticed there was another person in the room, she thing begins braiding as well. I was so annoyed because people must understand when you do this, these people's style and technique is different, also she braided too tight. I went to this braiding shop and I booked an appointment when I got there they didn't know what style I booked for Not only that I did not get the style I asked for the base of my head was right but the braids was wrong Left too many edges out One of my braids have came out in the front of my head I have a bald spot on the right side of my head I would never go back to this shop again also to mention I I have only had my hair braided 2 weeks first week the braid came out

Overall They do a good job but be aware they will cut YOUR hair if it sticks out of the braids. The lady that did my hair took a lunch without notifying me and also sat on her phone without braiding for about 15 mins. There is also a teen that helps to braid. She pulled my braids while braiding them which was uncomfortable. I also was not greeted nicely when I walked in nor was there much convo for the duration of the appointment (not a big deal) but was noticed; I am a first time customer. Wow! They did an AMAZING job I told the lady I don’t want the braids too tight and they weren’t tight AT ALL which I love! I recommend coming on an early week day. The cons : used wayyyyy too much product on my head, I had to whipe my scalp off once I got home. I recommend your hair being extra blown out before coming. If not they will do it for you and they are not gentle while doing so. ( overall great experience)
