I have going to Dr Awad for about 5 years. Appreciate his professionalism and personal touch. Thank you.
Really like Dr. Awad but the staff isn't very friendly and the wait time is ridiculous. It's a 45 minute drive for me to get to his office only to just sit in the waiting room. Also the parking is almost non existent and the elevators don't work most of the time. A very frustrating situation.
I have been a patient of Dr. Awad for 2+ years treating me for sleep apnea. I have always found him very professional & patient. He worked with me to find an ASV machine & a mask/headgear that allows me to sleep comfortably while treating my condition with minimum disruption.
Great doctor as long as you align with his precious schedule. I don't feel he or his staff made me a priority when my lungs needed it most. Takes 24 to 48 hours to get a response. Dr. Awad also doesn't directly return calls, or ask a colleague to manage his patients while he is on vacation. The staff here are about 2 stars. Dr. Awad is a good doctor and nice guy so I give the place an extra star.
Check-in at the facility was quick and easy (be sure to do the e-checkin on BSW portal beforehand), wait to be called back on a mid-Monday morning was about 20 minutes past my appt time. Taking my weight and nurse questions were quick, then only a one minute wait 'til Dr Awad came in. He was diligent, listened well, thoughtful, asked questions and offered great explanations.
