RecommendedI ordered the chicken tenders, they were cooked fresh, nice and hot and juicy! Most fast food places they would be dried out but mine were very juicy and delicious. And of course the root beer is always yummy!

So I don't know if anyone else has noticed how the Moscow A&W always makes you pull forward and wait in the parking lot for your food but it so counter productive I have basically quit going there! They are saying it cuts down on their window time.. Well it actually makes every customer wait longer for their food!! So how is that productive or even decent service!? It's a drive through! Stop making people wait 3 times longer than necessary for their food just so you can look good to the bean counters!

Amos, We are very sorry for the service you received. We assure you our intent is not for good window times and we apologize if that is what you were told. Our policy is to pull cars forward when the order is ready behind them, as we have some items that take 5-6 minutes to cook. During Covid we have become a bit more aggressive at pulling cars to keep our drive thru moving. The best Restaurant in town! Root beer floats,Hamburgers,fries,curly fries,hot dogs,grilled and chirpy chicken. It really is true all American Restaurant. And my family and friends love it so much. The manger: Landon- is super wonderful great friendly person! And every single one of the employees are super helpful,caring,passionate about their job. We highly recommend A & W in Moscow. The woman taking my order in the drive thru needed me to repeat my 2 item order 4 or 5 times because "her brain today" and when I got to the window I asked her what as I didnt hear her and she leaned out the window and spoke quieter!? When I told the guy that delivered my order to the car that she co use some help at the window, he said it was probably the machine she was putting the order into...and just started blankly when I explained anyone can remember 2 things... It’s A&W. I had biscuit and gravy with pieces of grilled sausage patty and root beer float. About five bucks. Good.
