We paid the company for transportation for my grandmother's funeral. No one showed up at the church. After they eventually responded to my wife's messages and offered to come to the gravesite, I declined and asked for a refund. I was told it would be sent, but I have received no response to my numerous requests to make it right. The funeral was in June; it is now August 21st.
Received geat service from Birmingham to Tuscaloosa and back. Cleanest vehicles I’ve traveled in. Highly recommend👍🏾
