Very professional. System worked first time and has continued to work well. Technicians answered all of my questions as they were doing the work. I would recommend Lenox and AW Heating and Air to anyone.
We've been using AW for all of our HVAC needs since they got referred to us back in 2012. Each interaction has met or exceeded our expectations. Today's service call was no exception. Eric W. was quick, professional & friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue & explained what might've caused it. I highly recommend calling them with any service or equipment/installation needs.
The AW Team was awesome! Quick with the estimate, thorough with the process and true professionals during the install. The new HVAC system is high-tech and efficient, we're looking forward to seeing our month-to-month comparision to last year on our heat/cooling bill to see the improvement. Highly recomment AW!!!

Joyce is so helpful at scheduling a visit and then calling to give a reminder the day before. Eric is a really talented technician and clearly an expert about HVAC equipment. He was here on time, checked out our systems, answered all my questions and emailed me a written report about what he did. And the bill was very reasonable!
