So, I paid it to AWC and they had paid you as well, which created a situation that had the customer involved and should not have been, to say the least . Then, there was not anybody reaching out, until I the customer did so. The work was done well, however customer service needs improvement. 2 Star : Customer Service 4 Star : Returned Clean
