I keep trying them agein and again but I fall for it every time.. when I ask if they have time they say yes, I sit, start soaking & now I’m stuck.. 45 minutes plus sometimes later they finally start me.. please be honest! If you can’t fit me in, I’ll come back., I don’t have time for this!!! Won’t be coming back!!
I have to be pushed to the limit to write a bad review I like to give the business a chance to rectify first. Build a gel Friday night, by Saturday lunchtime 3 had chipped. At the time I said to the lady these seem way too thin “no no not too thin” I called in Monday told them what happened and simply asked for a refund as I was booked in somewhere else to get them redone and was constantly told “we no refund we fix for you” I said I’ve been here twice now I don’t want you touching my nails I would prefer a refund…no no no w... read more
Normally I love getting my nails done here and they turn out great. But today I have left with half my nail filed off and not even an apology when she saw it was bleeding. I’m not one to complain but paying $60 to be left with the side of my nail being just skin, it’s pretty poor.
Absolutely atrocious. Terrible service rude workers.
