Thank you so much Janine and Mike for treating us like royalty last night. Even though my companion arrived VERY late, we enjoyed dinner so much. The watermelon salad was summer personified on a plate and the arctic char was superbly prepared. Thank you again for another wonderful dinner!
What a nice surprise!! A small neighborhood restaurant (off the beaten path) that serves wonderful and delicious Italian food. I would go as far as to say the best Italian food I've had in Rochester. While the ambiance and service are wonderful, the star of the show is the food. Avvino is one of those places where you will daydream about your meal the next day.
Wow... the word that came to mind simply walking through the door. Service was outstanding... attention to detail was even better, and the food... The food was amazing. I could not have recommend this restaurant to anymore people because it was just Wow!!
