So this is not the vet that you normally want to see if your Animal is very sick, and with that being said, the Dr. and the staff are the nicest, kindest, and most empathetic in their field. This is not the type of vet you would see for a normal appointment, this is where you go when everything else is failing and you need answers. They have been so wonderful to work with and so kind during hard times. I can’t say enough good things about them.

This is an exceptional vet practice. I’ve used every specialty vet in the area and this is the best - no question. The staff all work easily 60+ hours a week between seeing patients, delivering test results, and responding to emails and voicemails. You always see the same faces over the years because they’re a family - not just coworkers. I’ve now taken five cats over the years to see Dr. Berdoulay. Two for cancer treatment recently. Update: changing my review to 1 star. I cannot get anyone to answer my emails or call me back. My primary vet is also unable to reach anyone at this office, and said they have another client having the exact same issue and they had to go in person to even talk to anyone. I guess I'll need to do the same. Summary of my review is Dr. Berdoulay is great during your appointment, but don't go here if you expect any sort of medical records or follow up after the appointment.
