All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I brought my dog in for an emergency after he was injured by another dog, and the care and attentiveness they showed — not only to my pet but to us as well during such a stressful time truly went above and beyond. They treat so well, providing all the necessary information. Answer all the questions I had while also being understanding of the hard time that one can be going through. Dr. Jacqueline Marquez & Dr. April Summers And all the techs that assisted us. Thank you for helping out my Coco from the moment she walked in to finding her blanket later on. the care given; making sure that my baby was well taken care of. Answering all my questions and making me feel more at ease with everything that was going on.
This place was great, the continuity of info from previous vet was great. Super compassionate, vet was attentive, office staff very accommodating and technical staff professional and compassionate.
My dog was transferred to this facility after suffering complications from a surgery. Upon admittance, I knew the complexities of my dog’s case and that her condition could change in the blink of an eye. Being open to all options, I put my trust in the vets and team at AVSG Emergency & Critical Care. That trust eventually dissipated by my experience.
