We were extremely pleased with the service here. All the staff here is so incredibly kind. Our dog Dozer had to stay overnight due to respiratory distress, which ended up being heart failure. They took so well care of our dog, didn’t seem annoyed by our constant calls for updates and let us visit him multiple times. Thank you AVSG for all your help and kindness!

This is still very fresh and painful but i just had to publicly express my gratitude. My darling boy was not doing well and last night i brought him in. Dr Beeman (spelling?) was incredible. Compassionate, knowledgeable and most importantly gently honest. We got a plan in place and i left him there certain he was in great hands. I was right. An hour or so later she called me to confirm metabolically he was ok, but he had had another seizure and was showing signs of pain. She already knew my feelings regarding his suffering a... read more

I had to transfer my cat, Belle, to AVSG's Internal Medicine & Urgent Care at 6:00 am after an overnight stay at another emergency pet hospital. Their staff was very professional and quickly checked her in. The staff kept us updated on Belle's medical care. They explained the costs for her care without pressuring us to sign off on every medical test listed on their diagnostic list. I would highly recommend AVSG Internal Medicine & Urgent Care. Dr. Tan was an incredible vet, compassionate, friendly, and professional. Staff wa... read more

The time and care the staff gave Oliver was 2nd to none. It's my opinion that the drs and nurses and techs saved his life'. He was scheduled for boas surgery this week and if i had not brought him in to the er there is a huge possibility he would not have made it through his surgery. Thank you to all < br />Of the staff working Wednesday and Thursday last week. We are so appreciative and thankful for all of you!!

My poor baby was incredibly weak and not doing well. It look a lot to get him in the car. Once we got there, door were locked. We following the signs on how to get in, we even looked at the receptionist in the eye. You know what she did? Turned a blind eye and continued joking around with another person in the waiting room. We were starting outside for a good 10 minutes. It was extremely cold and my boy’s temperature was already dropping. We weren’t alone, another couple were waiting to get in with their puppy. Once we got a... read more
