This is Tank. Tank was a beloved member of my sister's family. He should be home with his brother Rocket and his human family. Tank will never be coming home, due to a failure in care from AVSG. Tank was recovering from a double ear surgery and was released to my sister and her husband. Upon putting him in the car my sister immediately became concerned with his breathing. This experience felt more driven by cost and process than by care, communication, and outcome. No family should walk away from something like this feeling this lost and this betrayed. To all pet parents: do not blindly trust. Ask every question. Get second opinions. Understand every risk before agreeing to major procedures. Push for clarity and accountability. Your pet’s life depends on it.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I brought my dog in for an emergency after he was injured by another dog, and the care and attentiveness they showed — not only to my pet but to us as well during such a stressful time truly went above and beyond. The communication, cleanliness, prompt care, and the comfort of knowing your pet is in the hands of compassionate and knowledgeable doctors are truly exceptional. From the receptionist to the technicians, consultants and doctor. All of you were so amazing! Than... read more

They treat so well, providing all the necessary information. Answer all the questions I had while also being understanding of the hard time that one can be going through. Dr. Jacqueline Marquez & Dr. April Summers And all the techs that assisted us. Thank you for helping out my Coco from the moment she walked in to finding her blanket later on. the care given; making sure that my baby was well taken care of. Answering all my questions and making me feel more at ease with everything that was going on.
