Please know, going in the front door, that this establishment is owned by private equity. As such, all procedures, decisions and thought processes are driven by the bottom line. Your wallet and your companion come second. Bedside manner is poor. Starting a preliminary diagnosis discussion with “it’s 99% certain that your dog has cancer” instead of performing a thoughtful and logical evaluation is poor form. It got worse from there. Unfortunately my dog ended up with two surgeries for his back knees that had cranial cruciate ligament tear. Name of procedure is called TPLO w/ arthroscopy. It is a very invasive procedure. I recommend going with Dr. Sebastian. He is kind, compassionate, and honest. The first surgery was in 2023 and the second in October 2025. It’s been 2 wks and he is already walking so much better. I’m happy to already know that he will be running again in no time!
Very genuine care of my pets. Can call anytime with questions or concerns and everyone is very helpful and nice.
