Horrible! Called for a window price and she said a tech would have to come out to measure and it would be a service call. I told her that I was a contractor and could install and measure myself and yet still had an attitude about the tech coming out.
AVS Windows And Doors crew installed a new exterior door for us. The door was beautiful, with full glass. The company representatives were extremely responsive and helpful at every stage of the purchase and installation. The installation team were very experienced and professional, and the end product was beautiful.
I've had lots of work done on 3 homes we owned.NEVER was I told you have a 125$ fee to give a estimate.Must be a hard up company if you need to charge potential customers a fee. obviously not confident I'd hire you so you need to make a few bucks somehow.
AVS Windows And Doors have changed the whole look of the house. We ordered and the doors arrived as promised. We had a nice break in May weather and was able to get them in under 2 hours. The installers appreciated the ease of putting these doors in and how well built and sturdy they are. We could not have asked for a better experience in customer service and quality. Beyond expectations!!!
SAME DAY service! The technician from AVS Windows And Doors arrived on time to provide an estimate for repairing 2 old, wood frame windows. He ended up fixing both while here so they open and close much more easily. Price was very affordable and the work was done quickly. No doubt I am keeping his contact for any future needs and for any recommendation.
