I have been taking my Kids (pets) there for many years now..I have had the best treatment ,love and compassion from this clinic..I highly recommend them.
I have been going to Dr. Cary for about 18 years with all my cats. I love the care Dr. Cary and his helpers give my babies. I have had to have several cats put to sleep, and the compassion they showed helped me with the pain of losing them. When I called yesterday at approximately 1:00 the girl asked me if I could bring Tigger in at 3:00. Never have to wait long for appointments. When I lost my daughter in May Dr. Cary even sent me a condolence card. They are all wonderful people.
The cunt receptionist hung up on me before I could even tell her what the problem with my cat was. I called Mountainland, saying that it was an emergency and asking if I could bring my cat in, and the receptionist suggested I try an office in Cheat Lake instead (as if Kingwood would ever be my first choice if I could easily go to Cheat Lake). I said "But an emergency is an emergency for a reason" and the bitch hung up on me.
The staff is wonderful and so are the Docs. We've had our dog with them for over 8 years. We board him there when we go away. They take wonderful care of him and love him like we do. Toby loves to go visit there.

Doc Cary has been my vet for more years than I care to remember.... :) He has always taken the best care of my "kids" and Deb, Earl, Sarah and staff have always treated them the same as if they were their own. I can leave them in their care knowing they will take good care of them and do everything they can to make them feel better. Can't ask for anything more than that.
