RecommendedI love their compassion
Was wonderful with Dr. Carrey, but I do not recommend now that they are under new management. Seems very disorganized and was just an overall unpleasant experience.
Back in July, I had to make the very hard decision to put my cat to sleep after having him for about 12 or so years. He had got in a fight with a wild animal and was pretty torn up. Dr. Carrie was so nice. He made sure to explain to us our options and give my dad, my daughter, and I time with our precious Tommyboy before we put him to rest. I truly cannot day enough good about Dr. Carrie and his team. We have worked with him for years with all of our pets and he’s always a pleasure to work with.
I love Dr. Alvarez-Jones... She is so so patient and answers all my questions because I always have a ton! She has literally been a Godsend!! As for the other staff, they are awesome! Super helpful, always compassionate, and always have a smile on their face!! Love seeing everyone when I go there!!
I had to make a pretty tough decision to put my 8 year old cat to sleep yesterday after a reaction to flea meds. (Please read all the labels on the bottles!!) The staff was very supportive,answered any questions I had,and let me be with him. Although it was a very tough time/experience,I can’t say enough about how well we were treated!
Recently moved to Kingwood and they have provided wonderful service to all three of my dogs, even on short notice. You can tell they truly love animals and are passionate about what they do. Couldn’t be happier to have found them!
Mountainland is awesome! I take both my dogs and our adopted street kitty there and we are always treated very well. My parents also take their dog to them and receive the same quality of care. Their vet assistants are incredibly kind and work very well with animals of different temperments. One of my dogs is especially scared of vet visits.
