Very unprofessional company. If you talk to some person called "Davina" and she gives you an appointment, don't hold any hopes of her or anyone actually being present when you show up on time for your appointment/viewing. And not even a courtesy email to let you know they can't make it. These people act as if COVID never happened and people don't have a choice to go next door and have them give you an INCENTIVE to move into a nicer building. Persisting cockroach issue. I rented an apartment in July at 200 Roehampton Avenue, and since the first month I started having issues with cockroaches. Even though I have had 3 pest controls, the issue is not resolved yet. Can’t wait for my lease term to be due, in order to leave this place immediately.
Terrible management. You have to pay for light bulbs and fuse when you request to replace them. Because, according to them, they are expensive!!!!
If it was possible to give them less I would. I was looking at getting a bachelor apartment and I read the reviews beforehand. The tenants that were looking to reassign the lease to me said there were cockroaches when they first moved in so management sprayed the apartment and none since. I proceeded to contact management who didn't return my emails or calls. When I finally got a hold of someone, she said she'd call me back and never did.
