Our experience with Avree Custom Pools has been bumpy to say the least. Our project started with what we would later learn were falsehoods and empty promises. We began our project in September when we were told "we would be swimming by Christmas." This was great as the backyard makeover was going to be a surprise to visiting family from out of state. This is an updated review: After numerous problems with our Avree Pool experience, our pool was filled. There were immediate issues with the plaster color and texture. The plaster crew came back and poured approximately 10 gallons of acid into the pool but did not turn off the pool equipment causing the acid to be circulated through the system. This caused the ledger on the pool wall to be eaten away as was the coping spillway and the Scupper face. It took approximately 12 weeks to get a crew back to fix all the damage cause... read more

Long story short, the product Avree pools is comparable to any other pool builder in the area but the process of working with Avree is terrible. I would only recommend them to keep them in business so I have someone to hopefully warranty my pool if I ever need it, not because I believe theyre a good company. If you want a decent product but be you're own project manager every step of the way, choose Avree. Otherwise, find someone else. I have no choice but to leave a one star review at this point. Should they ever actually finish our project I will be happy to update. This company had wonderful reviews except for one. And that's why we went with them. But I have to tell you everything that the one person said that left the negative review has happened to us. All communication is done through an app. When things are going wrong, good luck getting any sort of an answer. You text back and forth. That is your form of communication.
