Worst experience ever. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even though I arrived 10 minutes late, the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. She stared at me disrespectfully, refused to let me get my manicure, and even told the technician in Russian not to continue with my pedicure.
