Awful customer service. Shoddy work. All around a horrible business. After two times and over three months total in the shop my vacuum cleaner still does not work and now the new issue of a broken canister. Tried to solve the issue on the phone and was hung up on and when I called back was repeatedly insulted and hung up on again. No one would give names.
