I have received numerous letters regarding mowing grass ,garbage can up by garage etc. My neighbor has no grass due to overgrown trees and my grass is dead between the houses because of their trees for years.the neighbor behind me tore up my back fence and has stuff sticking over the fence 4 feet Avr hasn't done anything this has been years also
