Upon move in my carpet was cleaned the day of . Also, the previous tenant blinds all of the drawstrings for them were "black dirty" , I notified the rent office and they stated they would have someone clean the blinds no one never came and the office hasn't followed up. I was told originally a $25 fee would be charged to add an occupant after I was moved in to later find out that each occupant I wanted to add would have to pay $65 and complete the application as if he or she was a leaseholder. Best place to live I have been here for 4 years. I must say that this has been a very safe clean, comfortable and environment. The office manager Vonnie is so professional and so supportive. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are always kept up at all times.. Whenever you put a work order in they are always on top of things.. Thanks for making my stay here comfortable!

Management staff is Great in my opinion,as well as the maintenance personnel. The units are spacious and maintained quarterly. Fun place to live and convenient to everything. Highly recommended for adults. Not much to do for children.

You couldn't pay me to continue living here. FIX MANAGEMENT! Management is simply incompetent and makes simple common sense issues into something it doesn't have to be. They use their street sense when they should use reasonable thinking in situations that occur outside of policy and are incapable of critical thinking. Having a manager that can diffuse a situation and provide reasonable solutions is so important to resident satisfaction! This property is discriminating against anyone under 21 years of age and specifically states in there terms they will only rent to those who are 21 and up. Age discrimination is a real thing and Georgia does not allow this. I am 18 yrs old and have been working my job virtually from another state, I finally relocate to Georgia to work at headquarters, I make 5 times the rental rate, I have been renting my own place Since my 18th bday for $1695 and I have never been late, so why am I not a good fit for this location? This property is poorly managed. Additionally, move out paperwork is not properly handled. Managements lack of training impacts current and prior residents due to errors submitted to credit bureaus and collection agencies.

Do not live here I lived here for three years. After a year as the property became popular there was a lack of customer service. For the price paid for apartments the staff should be better trained. If the property were in Cobb County the service would be better.
