Spoke with Dequavion, regarding scheduling an apartment tour. He was very helpful guiding me through the process of what apartment would be the best for me. He explained the floor plans over the phone and was eager to schedule the appointment. He accommodated availability to work around my work schedule. Unfortunately, I was unable to make the tour but he followed up with me and made me feel welcomed to reschedule whenever I could. Very dedicated and outgoing. Thanks Dequavion!
while the compound is good the resident is terrible. We could not sleep day and night due to the bad drag smell. We reported to management with no proper answer. The issue was also reported to police with no solution so far. Therefore we plan to leave the Avandal community soonest
