Joseph is amazing!!! Very welcoming! Communication skills are top tier! He has made this experience as smooth as possible for me.
I am currently a resident at Avondale Parc and have been for 14 months. In that time I have had many packages stolen to which management is aware of and have done nothing about. A friend of mine that lives in the complex had his car stolen as the gate was left unlocked. I experienced issues with cockroaches which took multiple visits to resolve, with no sense of urgency regarding the issue whatsoever (an email was sent that a building is totally infested).
