Anna was wonderful with cleaning my teeth. She took her time carefully removing plaque and gave contructive advice on brushing.
Two fantastic dentists. My husband and I moved from CT to Maine 16 years ago and we still commute down to Drs. Sagalyn and Mentasti every 6 months.
As a patient, it is important to trust your physician and your dentist...I trust Dr. Sagalyn and Dr. Mentasti implicitly, based on years of experience with them. Most recent visit was to repair a broken tooth. After initial exam, Dr. Mentasti said I would need a root canal...I shuddered because I had heard that root canals are hurtful, take long, and are usually done "outside the practice". Jen is the very best at what she does....
After 30 years of dental care with Dr. Sagalyn, I find it necessary to seek care closer to my home. I moved to Old Saybrook in 2004 and have been driving to Avon for my dental needs since then. This was not an easy decision for me, but the one hour drive each way has finally become too much (I am 72 y.o.a.). Dr. Sagalyn and staff have been truly remarkable during these last thirty years.
