Avon Lake Plumbing installed a sump pump for us two years ago. It failed sometime during the first weekend of April 2025. We were out of town. We had water in our basement and damages of over $30k. When sending the sump pump to our insurance company, they sent it to a lab and it was deemed operational. They said it was not installed properly. Dennis, the fella that was buying the company took three days to clean my drain. He did a lot of unneeded work. Also damaged my aluminum siding. Also left knowing my laundry drain still blocked. That is not all. Dug up the yard with a back hoe looking for my drain and did not find it... Then they hit my outside spigot with the back hoe and damaged it . I thought for sure it would start leaking. They took off never to return..Called Avon Lake building inspector to complain. He said they would call. They didn't...I would not u... read more
Dennis is very friendly and professional. He was able to come to my house to tell me the cause of a leak from my kitchen ceiling and fix it. He was kind enough to check out the leaky faucet in my bathroom and was able to fix it for me before he went to his next customer. He doing a great job with taking ownership of this company.
