The staff is always kind and courteous. Everything is always explained.
We are extremely happy with Dr. Velez and his entire staff. After leaving a dentist in Indianapolis we had been going to for over 30 years and then another dentist retiring we were nervous about going to a new dentist again. That feeling was gone immediately once we met Dr. Velez and his staff. They make you feel very comfortable and offer advice and all the options available for procedures. So glad he decided to come to this office and area.
Dr. Velez and his staff are very friendly, invite questions, and are very thorough in their treatment. I am extremely satisfied with the dental services I receive at their office.
I was sad to see my Dentist retire but Dr. Velez and his staff have been great. The has made the transition easy.
