Dr. Velez convinced me I needed to have a tooth removed before he could replace the crown on it. After a painful attempt, he was able to remove only part of the tooth. He sent me elsewhere to have the remainder removed. I developed a sinus infection that wasn't resolved until the third different antibiotic. Best of all, after leaving his office with a swollen bloody mouth and partial tooth, neither Dr. Velez nor his staff ever attempted to check on how I was doing. Really great experience overall! You can tell that Dr. Velez cares about his patients and takes extra steps to assure they understand every step of what he is doing and explaining.
They are so friendly and really listen to what you tell them. They explain everything about their procedures. Great practice to go to.
My husband and I have only had one visit with Dr. Velez and his staff. We were very pleased with the care Dr. Velez and his staff gave us. It is very hard to change dentists when you have been seeing the same one for years. But, we already feel at home with "our" new dentist! Look forward to years of care with Dr. Velez and staff.
