Tom, Alex, Amber, and everybody working here are very helpful. They’re determined to try and accommodate your situation to make sure you walk away with a vehicle, no matter your credit. Good or bad they are willing to work with you and give the best imput.
Worked with Jerry, Moses, and Dennis recently for my car purchase.. All were very helpful, honest, and a pleasure to do business with. Went to check out a car, they were happy to hand me the keys and let me test drive it. Very casual and none of that stereotypical car salesman pressure/pushy sales tactics. I would recommend buying here to anyone, no games, pressure, or otherwise bad sales tactics. Honestly the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thanks again, Moses, Jerry, and Dennis. Will buy from you guys again! ... read more
Brought my 22 yr old daughter here to purchase a vehicle from Alex a year ago today and she still loves it. The process was so seamless and easy for her, and the cars they sell are good quality used cars. I will absolutely be returning to Avon Auto when I’m ready to purchase my next vehicle, my daughter will be returning also, and we have both sent many other customers their way over the past year!
I had a great experience working with Jack Girouard who was fully transparent and made everything easy from test drive to final purchase of my vehicle. Dennis in Finance and the people who prepped my car also did a wonderful job. I would recommend Avon Auto Brokers for selection and service.
everything was great until the deal was sealed. it took the following two weeks and multiple calls to get them to do as they promised regarding transferring my registration to the new vehicle. there were messages, call back requests, requests to speak to management, promises to email info "in 5 minutes" which never happened, various involved staff "not in the office." once all was accomplished, i felt like i worked for them instead of vice versa. on a positive note, i am very happy with my new vehicle!
