dealership told me i have a 7 day transfer policy for registration (even in connecticut as stated) and they lied i got pulled over and towed with $1000 ticket and the cop said it was only in mass. this dealership lies and got me in a terrible situation. this review will change if the company reaches out to me with a solution. Got payment out of the way just for them to drag their feet on paper work. I’ve been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a date to pick up my vehicle. I was told it would be ready Monday 1/13. Then I was told it’ll be ready Wednesday 1/15. Then I was told it’d be ready Friday 1/17. Just for me to call in today and the man handling my paper and who is supposed said over the contract from the lender might not be returning to the dealership and it isn’t even passed 12 pm.
