They have the worst customer service ever. I asked for exception on an order that was ordered incorrectly and it was over 45 days. I purchased it for my sister because her husband has been very ill they were unable to come and pick it up. I decided to mail it to my sister only find out it was not what she ordered. They wouldn't bug one bit. I was willing to pay for the other product I wanted. I was representative back in 2017 it was amazing than unfortunately I had to stop selling I decided to come back as a representative as I had such a amazing experience before however now it is not I became a representative in 2023 I tried multiple times to place an order it wouldn't go through I than called waited a while to get someone they "fixed" it however still error I was told to wait til 2024 as they are updating and I will be able to order than waited it didn't work still an error than I called they "fixed" it again ... read more
