Me an my Sister just went there an we had this guy that was rude from the beginning he was on the phone as well the whole time trying to get a new phone an didn’t even listen to me nor my sister of what we want I scheduled a appointment at 4:00pm an I said I would be getting SNS an my sister would be getting a full set an he didn’t give me SNS he gave me acrylic as well as my sister he also didn’t give me the shape or the color I wanted he also made my sisters nails to short I paid 105 dollars for unprofessional nails this i... read more
they said my wife had nail fungus she wasn't aware of but they put nails on anyway.nails only lasted 1 day and started cracking.this place sucks wouldnt recommend going there

I messaged ahead of time to see if they could do the design I wanted I was told they could and had the picture pulled up the entire time I was getting my nails shaped and painted and at the end the tech decided to tell me she couldn’t do it had a another tech barely try and do the design then charged me an extra $6 for the design that was nothing like what I asked for 🙄

Sorry to hear that, We did said that we would tried when you asked us if we could and we also asked if you like it, and you agreed other wise we would of remove the design and maybe tried something different or not charge for the design.
