Is amazing community love it this place
The apartment itself is nice, but honestly, don’t stress too much about cleaning before you move out. Even if you take care of the place like it’s your own while you’re living there and spend hours cleaning before you leave, you’ll probably still get charged a cleaning fee anyway. That’s what happened to us, so it felt like all that effort didn’t make a difference.
Follow up- nothing. Sent me to corporate and no response. Cassie is a liar! 1 Star – Would Not Recommend This Property Dog poop everywhere! Weed smokers they can control. Lack of leadership in management… so many red flags !! I would strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to look elsewhere. I just moved into the Avocet and I am loving it already. Cassi was super helpful through the entire process leading up to move-in, and everybody that I have talked to so far seems super nice. It’s located in a relatively quiet area, but is still a short drive to any shops or restaurants that you may want to go to. Looking forward to the days to come here.
Apartments are tough, many offer all the same amenities and your happiness is ultimately driven by your surrounding community. Avocet offers a very quiet community that is hidden away from hustle and bustle but conveniently located by main arteries getting you anywhere in town within 15 min. The move in process here was one of the most seamless move-ins I have done.
