Hi, so I had an interview with this company. The interview went great and the General Manager said that she was going to do a follow up with me either if I was hired or not. So I called back within a week to do a follow up and I spoke with Amina. I asked Amina if I could speak with her Manager pertaining to the interview; she told me that they would give me a call back. I trusted this brand with my baby’s first crib mattress. It was great—until it became lumpy and uneven just three months in. Not just uncomfortable, but unsafe for an infant’s back. I can’t even, in good faith, donate it. Support was dismissive and the warranty meaningless. No accountability, no care. Avocado feels more like a marketing machine than a company that stands behind its products. Don’t fall for the marketing.
