We had a great experience overall; the manager (Lucinda) was very professional, showed us several options, never pressured us to purchase anything, and gave us a good deal; we are very pleased with the mattress we acquired, even though there was no floor model of that particular type. We like the quality and would definitely recommend this brand.
Pretty store. Friendly people. Nice mattresses but the all-latex version we were looking for was not on display.
Jordan at the Georgetown location was very helpful to my wife and me when we were shopping for a new mattress. He was knowledgeable about the products and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. My wife called him the next day to place our order. Thank you Jordan!
We met with Xavier at the Georgetown store and he was very informed, as I had done my research, and answered all the questions we had. He also went deeper in the information when we ask about the entire construction and the type inequality of the materials. He did not pressure us and told us to take our time as this decision is a long-term decision. We were very pleased with his service and we will be back for another mattress for my daughter’s room.
