I trusted this brand with my baby’s first crib mattress. It was great—until it became lumpy and uneven just three months in. Not just uncomfortable, but unsafe for an infant’s back. I can’t even, in good faith, donate it. Support was dismissive and the warranty meaningless. No accountability, no care.
