Blatantly lied to me on the phone regarding deductibles and out of pocket costs. The information displayed on the health insurance marketplace is no longer relevant and now I’m paying $175 for a simple doctors visit. Avoid at all costs.
4 days trying to reach them.. they simply dont answer the phone.. infinite hold …Literally cannot even use the insurance.. I think they are out of business.. ??
The worst customer service. I will not recommend this healthcare plan to anyone. They made so many errors and mistakes, and I had to call them so many times to correct bills. We stopped using this plan a year ago, but I still receive additional bills happened in two or three year ago until now because of their lack of professionalism. Horrible horrible.
Llamar para servicio al miembre es terrible...si tienes una emergencia ni llames.. se tardan 2hr en contestar las llamadas.. el numero de la enfermera no funciona.. llevo 3 dias tratando de llamar para cambiar mi medico. no le dio ni una estrella.
