Within the rst 4 days of my moms move in date, she fell four mes with the last fall pung her in the hospital with serious injuries to include a broken shoulder. These injuries exacerbated her illness and my mom passed within one month of her short stay at Aviva River Bend. The Execuve Director lacked compassion and professionalism when my dad and I returned to ask quesons. Not good about paying their vendors. Any entertainer doing business with them please be cautious. I was contracted on 2 occasions to entertain residents with live music. My invoices and phone messages have been ignored.

When you first enter the building sitting at the front desk is Anela. She always greets you with a smile, helps decorate the lobby and can answer most of your questions. There are a few other staff that are around the front area, too. I have not met some of them formally but, they all have a smile on their face and are eager to help when someone is near! My dad has found a home at Aviva River Bend community. He is able to participate in activities, make new friends, and tell dad jokes. We appreciate the staff, the convenient location, and the spectacular view!
