The claims process seems designed to punish the claimant. Paying premiums is a snap, getting your vehicle back from insured repair is a full time job. I cannot recommend.
If you want a company who steals money from you and trains their employees to make sure not to help you then this is your company. Absolute idiots and completely ignorant people who work for this company.
I would like personal insurance for my personal vehicle that allows me to go where I want, when I want. Apparently that does not exist. Seems like a human rights violation since freedom of transportation is listed in the charter and we need insurance to be allowed to drive.
