Terrible customer service. Terrible prices for existing policy holders. Held my policy for 6 years and doubled my insurance rates on a new vehicle. Switched to a different company with much better rates. 0 customer care
Cancelled my insurance, because I didn't know about bank cut off times
46 minutes of sheer frustration. Trying to cancel a policy for my car which was sold yesterday. Initially call Aviva Insurance put on hold 15 mins, finally get a real body Allan who indicates that I am with claims and will get me a real body to deal with issue. He transfers me to Nikata who indicates that she can't help and transfers me to Auto Insurance.
