Called regarding a cheque, and their accounting department couldn't look into our account despite the cheque being written by them. What kind of company can't confirm details on their own cheques/accounts? Avoid them, they're a scam!

46 minutes of sheer frustration. Trying to cancel a policy for my car which was sold yesterday. Initially call Aviva Insurance put on hold 15 mins, finally get a real body Allan who indicates that I am with claims and will get me a real body to deal with issue. He transfers me to Nikata who indicates that she can't help and transfers me to Auto Insurance.
