Horrible receptionist. Very rude.
Communication is horrible at The old accent on women’s health department.. Across from the McDonald’s and Sherms in Roseburg. I called yesterday Morning around 7:30 AM and was told that an emergency note would be handed back to my doctor after explaining my situation. At 3:30 PM I still had not heard anything so I called back , The lady I talked to was very nice and said there was no note noted on my record from the lady who took my call around 7:30 am, This is unacceptable!!!! Horrible communication, and not helping patient when needed. Please do better.
My review really I guess it has nothing to do with medical services except for this.. I see so many young people with handicap placards and I am a 57-year-old woman. Who raised 3 kids alone? And now are the ages 35 38. And 39? My youngest in a wheelchair due to childhood meningitis, so I carried her around my neck in my arms straighting my back for 32 years.. Until she went into her first group home. So my placard is 4 herniated disk. Degenerative, disk Arthritis and bone spurs in my back. Sciatic, nerve down the left side. ... read more
