Avistar is a warm and inviting place to live. The staff is receptive and listens to all issues with concern. Maintenance response is quick and thorough. The complex is a bit aged but I think it adds to the ambiance. I returned after a few years away and returned because the location is ideal for commuting, shopping and eating.
