I wish I had read the lower reviews before coming here because it seems many of us have had similar experiences. I saw the positive reviews and was hopeful for a good visit. The staff is wonderful, but Dr. Raman seemed very uninterested in hearing any of my health concerns. I felt rushed during my first appointment for a specific issue, so I scheduled an annual exam hoping I would have more time to address my overall symptoms. I have been a patient at Avista for 5 years. Avista is the finest general medical practice I have experienced, period. Dr. Raman is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of medicine and the support staff is excellent. Prescription refills and referrals are handled quickly. Appointments are on time every time. While many medical practices struggle with the concept of customer service, Dr. Raman and her great stuff deliver world class service every time. Highly recommended with no reservations.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Stated verbatim that they were unwilling to refill my medication that I've taken for 20+ YEARS unless I schedule an appointment. I informed them that I was out of meds and they stated that the earliest appointment was over 2 weeks away and that I would have to go without my meds. They then hung up on me. Awful service, rude, unwilling to be understanding, and all about making money. DO NOT GO HERE

As a patient of Dr. Raman, I have received compassionate and expert medical care. I appreciate the time she takes to explain any concerns and provides excellent suggestions for improving my health. Dr. Raman's medical team (Jennifer, Ashley, Gaby) is welcoming and professional every time I visit the office.
