Very disappointing experience. I found the doctor extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Questions and concerns were not properly addressed, and adequate information about the treatment was not explained clearly. What was most upsetting was the lack of empathy and respect towards patients. The interaction often felt more money-focused than patient-focused.
