Took my car in for an oil change around 2:20pm. They performed a state inspection on my car instead. Front desk staff person didn't offer an apology for the mix up. Annoyed that my car was taken back to the bay area behind several other cars so I basically had to wait another 45 minutes. Not happy with this service. Will avoid this Avis location in the future
2 hours to get an inspection and oil change. Was one of the first people in line at 7:30 AM. Terrible.
Honest people that run the place. Great service. They stand behind their service.
Take my personal and work vehicle here. They have fresh coffee, soda machine and kids area. Everyone is extremely friendly. I really do like coming here. Good job guys. If I could nominate you for some kind of customer service award I would!!
You ran my engine with out oil and locked up my motor. Why won't you fix it.
