Through the website everything looked fine — we received a confirmation code. But when we called to confirm, they declined the reservation even though cars were available. Dr. care delivered my three oldest children. She is the sweetest, most kind person I’ve ever met in my life. She made all three of those deliveries the best experiences. I was so upset I had to get a new OB when she left St. Joseph East.
