The 1 year 12k miles extended warranty alone says a lot about them standing behind what they sell, even though I did not need it. Clean and clear carfax too. Thank you Mike Sweeney and Danny the manager. Highly recommended by a career law enforcement official. Very honest and trustworthy.
RecommendedI took our son to Avis to buy his first car and obtain financing on his own. Terrific salesman Joel found him the perfect car, and Alan helped with financing .. even explaining the details of contract so my son could understand . Billy was also very helpful and took time to share car info a help get info faxed over with Joel from my insurance company. The team work , professionalism and attention to detail I was most impressed . I shall recommend Avis to those I know in the car hunting / shopping quest.
We had a most wonderful experience buying a 2017 Nissan from Alan last week. I would never go to an old-fashioned car sales dealer again. Alan was kind, knowledgeable, and did everything (and then some) to make sure everything was done. He let me drive the car over the weekend...but Monday I knew it was going to be my car. He handled most of the financing issues, had the car cleaned and shined, put the license plate on....all within one hour. He knew everything about the car and showed me all the features. The worst service I've ever had. The girls were NOT helpful, they sat on their phones and played on the computers rather then fixing the problems they are having and had an attitude the whole time. The "Manager" - Liz wasn't any better, she was the worst out of all of her staff members. They couldn't even greet you when you walked in the door. Most unfriendly and unprofessional place I've even been too. I will Never Come back here. And I DO NOT Recommend this rental truck service.
