Jalil was very helpful. Vehicle I wanted did not work out, but he helped us get another vehicle shipped from Tampa. Would highly recommend. Very responsive to the many questions I had. Gave me top dollar for my trade.
Buying a Car from Avis Car Sales Tampa, FL. was the worst car buying experience I ever have. They took the money, but they have not submitted any paperwork (registration and title) to the DMV on my behalf. I have been in communication with them via phone and email for 2 month and they still did not submit any paperwork so I cannot do anything with that car. Stay away from AVIS to avoid the headaches I went through.
This was by far the best experience I have had in buying a car in over 30 years. The process was simple, the people took great care of me and the car. My mechanic verified that the car had excellent tires, engine, brakes, etc and exceptional price for the car! I strongly recommend them!
Christian was awesome, in record time he helped me find the perfect ride at a price I was comfortable with. I've always had a world-class experience with Avis as a rental service, and I'm very happy with the car I purchased through the Katy branch of Avis car sales. Management was very responsive when I brought an issue to their attention, and they resolved it for me fast and 100% to my satisfaction. Cannot recommend this dealer enough.
I made the mistake of letting the Avis team know this was my first time financing a car, which was taken full advantage of by a team member named Travis. I was coerced into signing a service contract by Travis who lied to me and told me that it was required to secure a significantly lower Apr. Had to wait two months for title. PAID CASH FOR CAR. When they took out thier GPS tracker they screwed up dash. One key. No owners manuals.
