Absolutely horrible man working the desk, we made a reservation and went to pick it up and had to wait for 10 minutes for anyone to show up and immediately we're getting yelled at before we said a word to him. Tried to get my drivers license and credit card back and he wouldn't give them to me. Ended up having to literally rip them out of his hands and left and wasn't even able to get a car.

Very disappointed with every aspect of this business! Poor customer service at it's worse and 45 minutes of total frustration! They tried to rent me a dirty car, the wrong car I reserved! Walked out without a car! Never rent from Avis! 😞

I have to rent a car every year for 3 weeks so I pay a good amount of money to do this - I was stoked to find a place with such a convenient location, however, I will never rent with this location again. The guy at the front desk was so rude to not only me but to every other customer that came in, he was incredibly unprofessional. He seemed annoyed at any question I asked (he sighed or rolled his eyes throughout the ENTIRE interaction) and gave one word answers that explained nothing..
