Rented here previously and had a great experience, had my husband book a Hyundai tucson, when we got there he told us all he had available was a Chevy Trax, which is a lot smaller and parked in between the 2 Chevy Trax he pointed to was a Hyundai Tucson, which I pointed out and he told me that's not available?? But that is what I reserved? Felt like a bait and switch and I ended up canceling the whole thing and didn't rent anything.
Absolutely horrible man working the desk, we made a reservation and went to pick it up and had to wait for 10 minutes for anyone to show up and immediately we're getting yelled at before we said a word to him. Tried to get my drivers license and credit card back and he wouldn't give them to me. Ended up having to literally rip them out of his hands and left and wasn't even able to get a car.
