The guy didn’t answer the phone and when we arrived he treated us as though we were stupid for even asking. Worst experience yet. They didn’t even have a car. Go to another place.
Maybe the worst customer experience of my life. Made an online reservation for a one-way car from St. George to Vegas. As soon as we walked in and said we were here to pick up our car, the employee Mike started flipping us crap and had THE WORST attitude I've ever experienced for this type of transaction. Told us twice he didn't have our name on a reservation, then when we suggested the Rez # he states in his grumpy voice that he can enter it, but it won't do any good. We rented a car to go to Vegas for the night. It was an easy process and the car was clean and in good shape.
One of the worst rental car experiences I’ve ever had. I reserved a 12-passenger van in Las Vegas for a family vacation to Utah. When I arrived, Avis gave me a 15-passenger van instead, which left almost no room for luggage. After loading everyone up, the van wouldn’t start and had to be jump-started. They switched us to another van that was filthy, had personal items left inside from the previous renter, needed a jump start as well, and had a sliding door that appeared to be held together with duct tape.
