Want a crappy car? Rent Avis
Never had an issue here. Definitely much better compared to other Avis locations. And the gas station right before the return is a real plus. Outstanding customer service. Debbie went above and beyond to find a lost item and get it back to me. Keeps me flying into SGU rather than Vegas.
If you need a car do not call them ! After booking online 3 days in advance, paying a 50 usd Uber to reach airport at 10::00pm, they refused to give me the car ! The reason ? My driving licence was not fitting their scanner !! Ohh sorry.. this is our policy…said Kelton the manager, we are local franchisee, we decide our policy….although being a member of Avis Prefered in Europe, my french licence was not accepted whatsoever… in fact, in this franchisee, the boss is definitely not the customer BUT the scanner !!
