First Issue was the vehicle was filthy, it only had 3/4 tank of gas. We have photos and video. Then we got the paperwork,, they said sign here. The paperwork is not legible. We were charged for gas when we returned. When we asked she said we agreed to it even though it was returned with a full tank. Terrible customer service, awful employees who are not honest. None of our family will ever rent with AVIS again!!!!

Don't bother. They didn't wait for the flight to land and their hours don't match when they are there. Had to take an expensive taxi and book another night at a hotel because of their false advertising

My friends and I were falsely accused of damaging a car and they tried to charge us for repairs. The photos they sent that showed the damage showed the car had 1,000 miles more than we returned it with. All this to say - if you have to use Avis, make absolutely sure to take photos of every inch of the car when you get it and when you return it, and save the photos indefinitely (this happened months after our rental); customer service was not helpful at all and it felt like a scheme to get whoever they could to pay for someon... read more

Personale per niente professionale, l’auto noleggiata ha problemi e ci rispondono di portarla dal meccanico a nostre spese, che non è un problema loro.
