The absolute best rental process I’ve ever experienced, Nichoel “Lou”Medeiros provided an exceptional experience and 5 star customer service. She is an expert at what she does and made this entire process an incredible experience.

Not a customer and thank goodness I’m not. But the reviews of their friendliness is just a charade. Was approached by an employee because I pulled into their reserved parking stall and was referred to as bro. Asked me if I was “renting” a car and I said no. So he said we gotta reserve these stalls for customers bro. Will never consider these guys if I ever needed a rental. There’s other words you can use to politely ask someone to vacate their reserved stalls.

They took care of us even after having rented from another location. The owner was super nice on the phone and in person to help with our rental. Much appreciated, it made visiting this side of the island so much more memorable. ⭐️

Very friendly service. The location is not where google shows on the map. It is located near GEN Korean BBQ.
