This Avis location has very friendly staff and great customer service. I received a vehicle from the Avis at the airport that had a expired registration and this location was able to swap my rental vehicle with ease. Google does have the location incorrect but was still east to find at the parking lot next to the Korean BBQ restaurant.
Helpful tip: Google has this location incorrectly mapped - it is located at near the Gen Korean BBQ, on the other side of the parking lot, on the inside of the mall. It is not readily noticeable from the parking lot. We drove around and around with our Uber driver and thankfully found the Avis when we just about gave up. Anyway, great value for rentals on this side of the island and worth the short trip away from Aulani - Four Seasons. They didn't have the Rav4 we reserved, but had a Mazda3 which worked just fine.
