Arrived at 12:20pm. Didnt get my car till 2:32pm. They only had one person working and 0 sense of urgency. There were 4 people ahead of me when I arrived. 2 hours and 12 min to take care of 5 customers. As a presidential circle member I will never rent from here and avoid AVIS when possible.
The car I had reserved was not available, no call or communication made prior to this. The employees both seemed like they did not want to be at work. I could barely hear them mumbling. Got another car and had to wait about 30 minutes. Seemed like I was just an inconvenience to them. The car isn’t the issue it was just the customer service.
Terrible service. Staff ignored customers and barely spoke English except black dude. I had a confirmed Uber rental, but they said they had none. Totally unprofessional — don’t waste your time here. Other Avis locations are much better.
The staff was friendly and the customer service was impeccable
