I travel quite a bit for work for the government and this store is my go to for car rentals. The staff is friendly and helpful and the process is quick.
I had an excellent experience with Avis thanks to Shay. She helped me get into a rental on very short notice and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her customer service was outstanding—professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Shay went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate her support. Highly recommend!
Arrived at 12:20pm. Didnt get my car till 2:32pm. They only had one person working and 0 sense of urgency. There were 4 people ahead of me when I arrived. 2 hours and 12 min to take care of 5 customers. As a presidential circle member I will never rent from here and avoid AVIS when possible.
